Dr. Zorc cares for patients with many different insurance policies. Our primary objective is to provide the highest quality of care in a timely manner and minimize your out-of-pocket costs. When you schedule your first appointment, we will begin the insurance verification process in order to determine your insurance benefits and estimate your potential out-of-pocket costs. We are happy to provide this information before or at the time of your first appointment.
Dr. Zorc is a participating provider with Medicare and an out-of-network provider for other insurance companies. After your visit, we will submit bills to your insurance plan for the treatment you received.
Most insurance companies require pre-authorization prior to major surgery. Our billing office will begin the pre-authorization process on your behalf and submit all bills directly to your insurance company. You will be responsible for any co-pays, coinsurance, or deductibles and amounts not paid by your insurance plan. Our billing office will try to assist you in resolving insurance or payment-related issues should they arise.
